Invoices for the year 2025-2026 will be going out in June and dues will be due by September 30th, 2025
A new section has been added to our page titled "legal Documents" these documents are filed with Houston Co courthouse but are here for your viewing and ease of access
If you have pictures of wildlife that you would like to feature on our website from around Leisure Lake please email them to us with a short bio.
The LLPOA has exhausted all avenues available to us to combat the vulture issue in our community. Such as, working with our neighbors on trash control, a rigorous lake clean-up program that will stay in place, and exploration of a lethal permit. After intense discussion we now feel that we have done all we can. This is a natural occurrence and is out of our control. Please feel free to take the necessary steps in your community if needed to combat this issue.
New signage has been errected around the lake stating "Leisure Lake Property Owners association" and "No Swimming" Please be on the look out and notify us if there are any issues.
