A homeowners association is established when a developer has bulit a subdivision and now wants to turn it over to the home owners who decide on and  govern their covenants. 

Our Lake association was developed after the developer no longer wanted to manage the lake. We are a group of lake front owners from Beaver Glen , Island Club. sandpippers apts, Castaways Apts. Bay side and indivisual home overs from the patio homes and South oak subdivision.

We send out invoices in June and the expected date of payment is by September 30th of that same year

Must I pay dues? To have access to the benifits of the lake for such things as your dock, fishing, boating, kayaking, and swiming you must pay dues . This is a private lake and this will be enforced.
